Refund Policy

At Cinderellas, we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to ensure our customers are satisfied. Below is our refund policy:

Satisfaction Guarantee​

Recleaning: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will schedule a recleaning at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation and Rescheduling​

Full Refund: If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will issue a full refund for cancellations or reschedule the service at no additional cost.

Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 10 % will apply.

No-Show Policy​

Access to Property: If we arrive at the scheduled time and are unable to access your property (e.g., you are not home and we do not have access), a cancellation fee of 10 % will be charged.
