Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service immediately if any form of harassment towards our company or employees occurs. In such cases, any prepaid fees will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

Service Agreement

Thank you for choosing Cinderellas for your cleaning needs. To ensure that we provide you with the best possible service, we kindly request your assistance in preparing the areas to be cleaned. Specifically, we ask that:

 

        1.      Surfaces are cleared: Please ensure that all surfaces, including countertops, tables, and other flat areas, are free of personal items and clutter. This allows our team to clean more efficiently and effectively.

        2.      Rugs and mats: For the kitchen and bathroom areas, kindly remove any rugs or mats from the floors. This helps us to thoroughly clean and sanitize these high-traffic areas.

 

Your cooperation in these matters is greatly appreciated and helps us deliver the high standard of service that you expect from us.
