Service Description
Let Cinderellas take the stress out of moving with our Move In/Move Out cleaning services. Our standard cleaning package includes cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms, removal of cobwebs, dusting of ceiling fans and lamps, wiping down sliding doors, and thorough vacuuming and mopping of floors. Want even more? Our deep cleaning service adds wiping down of door knobs, light switches, wet baseboards, and ceiling fans for the most sparkling move-in or move-out experience.
Cancellation Policy
Terms of Service Welcome to Cinderellas. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Services Provided Our Company provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to: - General cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming) - Bathroom cleaning - Kitchen cleaning (excluding dishwashing) - Window cleaning (interior only) - Trash removal Service Limitations Please note that our Company does **not** provide the following services: - Cleaning of any pet waste - Dishwashing - Laundry services Booking and payment -Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. -Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling of services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined on our website. Customer Responsibilities -Access: Customers must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or rescheduling fees. -Preparation: Customers should ensure that the areas to be cleaned are accessible and free of excessive clutter. This includes picking up personal items, clothing, and valuables. Liability -Damage and Loss: The service provider is not liable for pre-existing damage or loss of items that are not properly stored. Please inform us of any fragile or valuable items that require special care. -Health and Safety: Our cleaning staff is instructed not to handle any hazardous materials, including pet waste. Please ensure that such materials are properly disposed of before our arrival. Termination Our Company reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to any customer who fails to comply with these terms and conditions. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees and clients. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, physical intimidation, sexual harassment, or any other behavior that creates a hostile or unsafe environment. Changes to Terms Our Company may update these terms of service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
